Q. Do you have sample swingsets on display which I can look at?


A. Because all our swingsets are custom built, we do not hold any on display. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and for an appointment to discuss available options.

 

 

Q. How long will it take for our swingset to be delivered after ordering?


A. Due to increased demand for our playsets, the leadtime on most playsets is currently 8-10 weeks. Any expected delays will be communicated to the customer at the time of ordering.

 

 

Q. Do you deliver to the Waterford area?


A. We deliver our swingsets throughout the Republic of Ireland. Please contact us for delivery charges.

 


Q. What do you charge for delivery and installation?


A. Delivery & installation within Limerick city is free of charge. Please contact us for delivery charges outside this area.

 

 

Q. Have you a brochure you can post to me?


A. We have a brochure available to download from our website showing samples of our playsets to give you ideas of various options available.

 


Q. Do you build commercial swingsets?


A. No, at present we only build residential playsets. All accessories which are used on our playsets comply with EU regulations to ensure they are fit for their intended use.



Q. We were thinking of getting a swing for our three year old, do you think she is still too young?


A. Your child’s safety is our main priority when designing your swingset. We originally built the wonderpark for our own kids when they were just 1 & 2. Participating in outdoor activities is great for your childs development. A number of different options will be discussed with you on an individual basis depending on your child’s age.



Q. Can I purchase a small swingset now and then add to it down the line as the child gets older?


A. Yes, we can make your swingset to meet your current needs and budget. So you can begin with a swingset as small as you like. We will add on and increase the size of your swingset as your child grows or your circumstances change.

 

 

Q. What guarantee comes with the swingset?


A. We give 12 months guarantee with all our swingsets. However the following are not covered:

 

    • Acts of nature

    • Acts of vandalism

    • Damage caused by contractor

    • Incorrect treatment / cleaning of the wood e.g. power washer or chemical cleaners.

    • Commercial use if set is sold as residential swingset

    • Unauthorized alterations to the original design

    • Normal seasonal cracking of the wood

    • The warranty applies to the original purchaser / site only.
